Показать описание

Some listeners will like it if they have ringing in their ears around this frequency as it will mask the ringing. It will lose effectiveness at frequencies farther away from 8000Hz.

Listening at low volume is a good idea.
This creation, as with all creations is experimental and your comments are appreciated.
If you have hearing issues visiting a audiologist is a good idea.
I am an audio engineer and creator of ambient noise and sounds who has occasional ear fatigue and have dedicated some content creation to this end and study contemporary research on ear-fatigue.
There is good work being dine in this field and more to do before tinnitus and related hearing afflictions are fully understood. The American Tinnitus Association is one source on the subject and a place to learn more.
Thanks for listening, Dale

hello. iv'e been a T sufferer for 50 years. have asked doctors to make me deaf (told it wouldn't help) and i've been suicidal at different times from it. pulled this up on my phone, put mic's in my ears and laid down. i'm a 75 year old man and after 2 minutes i just started crying i was so relieved.

After battling tinnitus for well over 2 years and after trying pretty much EVERYTHING I learned that what helps my tinnitus isn't just one thing. In fact, most has to do with your overall wellness. Here are a few suggestions. B-12! Taking B-12 supplements has not only helped with my tinnitus but has helped restore my overall health. Also, sunlight and long walks. Jogs or runs can be a plus. Avoiding loud music or sounds would help to. Staying away from caffeine, greasy foods and or alcohol will help lower tinnitus by a lot. But my overall advise for tinnitus sufferers is to learn ways to cope with their tinnitus. Once you learn not to let it bother you so much it won't really matter.

I’ve had tinnitus for 26 years habituated for the most part but for two months now it has returned to louder levels. I came across this 8 khz “ flosser” track. When my tinnitus flares i grab my phone and this will miraculously pull the sound right out of my ear. About thirty minutes and it will usually settle back down. I do turn it on when i go to bed and lay my phone on my pillow. It works… it works. ! Thanks so much. !

As soon as I turned this on, I could no longer hear my stress tinnitus, which I've been suffering from for nearly 40 years. I only recently discovered a few days ago my tinnitus frequency, then decided to do a search here for a video that plays sounds at a frequency that cancels out my tinnitus. The internet has been such a valuable tool in my therapy and recovery. Thank you for this video. I plan to play this from now on when I sleep, or just need to relax.

This actually worked for a while. Listened for 10 minutes & no screaming inside my head for 45 minutes.

Oh my god, when I accidentally clicked out of YouTube and it turned off, there was no ringing. Idk how long it will last but even that 10 seconds of silence was incredible.

Thank you to everyone involved with trying to provide relief from tinnitus. It can be hell😢. Years of loud music etc. did it. Parents PROTECT your children’s hearing!!!!

I am suffering from tinnitus from the last 14 years. Very few tinnitus maskers on youtube has helped me in reducing the horrible ringing noise. This audio of yours is working wonders for my tinnitus. Though not stopping altogether, I can get relief when I am listening to it. Thanks a lot Dale. I deeply appreciate your efforts to help people suffering from tinnitus.

I used to love going up into the mountains just for the silence. The longer I was there I would start to only hear sounds of birds, wind softly blowing through the trees and possibly a brook bubling away. I miss those days and years. For the past 3 decades I now have a constant companion, 24/7. Not pleasant, interrupts my life, avoiding things that have no noise. Tv or radios constantly on. I keep hoping to find one of these that work. Sometimes I find one that helps. It’s curious how such an annoying horrible sound for most people is absurd. While people like us get some relief.

When I play this to people and tell them I rather listen to this than my tinnitus, they finally understand.... thank you!

This is the first sound that, instead of masking my tinnitus, actually seems to erase it! Thanks!

As a long time person with the noise I've learned to except it as normal and listen past it. REMEMBER LIFE IS VERY MUCH WORTH LIVING FOR YOUR FAMILY GRANDKIDS AND PEOPLE AROUND YOU. YOU ARE A WINNER AND LOVED BY ME AND OTHERS THAT SUFFERED THIS . QUIT LISTENING TO IT AND GO FOR A WALK

I'm definitely in this frequency range. My biggest fear is that despite the relief it provides, one day I'll eventually read some published study that says, 'remember when people listened to various white noise frequencies to minimize their tinnitus? New findings indicate that were actually increasing their chances of hearing loss, infertility, dementia, weight gain, psoriasis, amnesia, insanity, depression, rheumatism, tooth decay, and chronic halitosis.'

Thank you so very much for this one! I am very grateful to you for helping us deal with this horrible condition. After listening for 20ish minutes, my pulsing one (where I hear my heart beat) is now extremely low. The buzzing one is barely noticeable. I don’t feel like punching the wall out of frustration.

I think I’m the only one who uses these for insomnia. It gives me something to focus on so my thoughts, ideas, memories, plans, etc, don’t keep me awake all night. These videos are the only way I can turn my mind off .

This is the exact same sound my tinnitus makes in my head. I feel better knowing that my ears are listening to it instead of my brain creating it. I can only hope this could clear my head!!!!

I listen for 15- 20 minutes before bed. It decreases my tinnitus by about 95%. It comes back in the morning, but nowhere near as bad as previously. Before I started listening, my ringing was making me depressed. Now it it bearable and I am not depressed. Thank You.
