Pregnancy Hack You Should Know For Morning Sickness! How to relieve Pregnancy Nausea / Morning Sickness! Prevent Morning Sickness in Pregnancy with this TIP. Morning sickness is more prominent in early pregnancy or during your first trimester due to the increasing hormones used to support your growing baby. Always have at your bedside a glass of water (to increase blood volume which dilutes pregnancy hormones) and salty crackers (sodium bicarbonate helps settle your stomach and the carb boosts your blood sugar levels). Stay in bed for at least 30min before getting up and starting your day! If you get up too soon it can make you feel very nauseous. Don't forget a proper nutrient dense breakfast to keep your blood levels stable!

Tortilla chips were always my go-to...but I can say from experience this tip definitely works!

I would also recommend set your alarm everday to wake up even when you dont have work-otherwise what i found is that my body used to wake me up for the toilet but because i would get up too fast to use the toilet i would be sick from getting up to fast 😅. So it was kinda like right do i risk wetting myself or being sick 😅😅.

So i set my alarm to wake up then i could take my time -eat, wait for about 30 mins then could get up if i need the toilet.

I would also recommend a couple of ankle/foot stretches as well 😊 before you get up.

Lol I don't do any of this I just drink a 2 gulps then a piece of bread then pee 50 times
