Maybe you covered this in a different video, but years ago when I was pregnant, one of the best bits of advice that I received was to sleep on my side with a pillow between my legs. It made a huge difference in comfort and ability to sleep. It also eliminated backache pain.

Wish I had known of some of this information in the last couple of months of my pregnancy with my 2nd son. He weighed 8lb/3 Oz at birth. My husband had to help me out of bed every morning! It was difficult!

Mine is so severe, nothing helps and I was so careful getting out of bed before it got severe. It takes 5-10 minutes after standing up to take little steps to the bathroom 😢 luckily, it got severe this last week of pregnancy due any day now. Thank you for sharing this with other mommies. If it’s really uncomfortable please advocate for yourself until someone helps you! I wish I did.

Yes we should get up from our sides ...but it's still painful and difficult to get up from the bed and roll over to the other side while sleeping ...

First time pregnant and I do the one I’m not suppose to do ! Hahaha woops!!! I’ll keep this in mind tonight when I have to get up to go the RR for the 100th time to pee! 😂

Wish I knew this a few weeks ago, I've pulled a muscle in my Overy area and it's not got better. Hurts so much when I turn over. 3 weeks left until he's born so I'm just pushing through.

Nope lol I am 38 weeks with our first and I have to slide out of bed and put my legs down first and then prop my body up with my arms.

26 weeks here and struggling to get up. Honestly I use my legs as leverage, I swing one with enough momentum to get me up. Probably the wrong way but it’s been working for me lol

Since I sleep in a very flat pillow, when I'm waking up (which is at least twice before my actual waking up time), I put my one arm in like a L shape and help myself out of bed. It's like I'm assisting myself but with my own arm😅help lift my weight

U should sleep only in left side,
If u wants to turn sit and turn another side but not by sleeping position...
