Do not use a leaf blower or a vacuum. The static electricity created by those two can fry your mother board actually. Use canned air. It's designed for that purpose.

Your generating at least 6 volts spinning your fans while their off, hold them or have someone hold them while you blow it

Imma be honest I just use a dusting cloth and it works great on my pc

what i use is a leaf blower and then for spots that are smaller i use an electric cleaner
