You know u can take off the buds and clean them separately that way nothing gets into the speaker

Actually, 70% IPA is the most effective for disinfecting. 91% or higher evaporates too fast to kill bacteria effectively.

Dude, this saved me. My left AirPod went quiet and I thought I had just dropped it so many times it broke. I used the isopropyl, and now it works properly again! I had been cleaning it regularly with a toothpick, but I wasn’t using isopropyl. So glad YouTube recommended me your channel, or I would have paid someone to fix it or bought new AirPods.

With my airpods pros I just take the silicone tip off and wash it and then put it back in after it dries

Also don’t forget to take off the rubber tips and clean the black speaker grills underneath. Those will still get earwax buildup on them (but not as much as regular AirPods)

You need to clean the vents for the mics too.. thats what kills the noise cancelling quality after awhile.. fills up with crap from your fingers from touching them over and over and blocks them
