Palm Beach property appraiser shows the property is 17.3 acres so if 2.3 acres is currently selling for $200 million, then the Mar-a-Lago lot alone is 1.4 billion

The most shocking thing about all of this is that almost half the country is rooting on a corrupt judicial system that is out of control. Be careful what you wish for. When the pendulum swings back, it might get very very messy.

These judges and prosecutors have to be held accountable for these situations. Because if there is no accountability they have no reason to stop prosecuting their enemies. Because make no mistake this is what they’re doing.

The bigger issue is that banks don’t lend on the basis of the borrower’s claim as to the value of the security against the loan. The borrower’s claim only starts the loan application process during which time the bank (lender) does an independent assessment. The bank was satisfied with the security for the loan. There was no fraud.

Anyone with eyes, knows that Mar a Lago is worth more than $18-$20 million. It is one of the nicest houses in the US and in the middle of the most expensive real estate area in the entire US. I mean it is 17 Acres of land on the Ocean for God's sake.
