Learn how to set up the characters in Houdini and prepare for the vertex animation textures. For this lesson, it is recommended that you have a character with animation on it. A Mixamo character can be useful here. Multiple animations will be imported and exported to VAT for the next part.

Hi, to whoever it may reach, I'm trying this technique to work with nanite mesh, however turning on nanite mesh creates weird artifact meshes in the side of my character, it works but something messes up, Hope you can help, TIA,
I know this is possible, maybe I miss some settings in unreal engine, also some made a plugin like this for UE (Vertex Animation Manager)
I don't know whwre the problem is, or the settings I need to fix, i try turning on nanite on Titan train destruction fx, but it just work fine, no weird mesh artifacts

How come I dont get that information when I hook up a null to my fbximport. Around time 8:00 min?

So When I render my VAT it came out black in 1x1 size I teied every method but nothing is working...

Please help me out?
