Thanks for presenting this well thought out petition. Based on the anecdotal reports you have presented for treated patients in other videos as well as the phase 2 timing for behavior and cognitive change from simufilam, I have to think the phase 3 Cassava investigators are already observing cognitive and behavioral improvements in perhaps 40% or more of the patients they are following. Since this degree of improvement is unheard of in all prior Alzheimer drug trials, it would seem the FDA could find a trusted individual who could break the blind to themselves only and see if these improvements are indeed in the people receiving simufilam. If these predicted results are occurring and there have still been no significant adverse effects of the drug, it certainly would add significant support for the FDA to grant accelerated simufilam approval.

The MOA is too far downstream in the process, Anavex's drug works upstream before NLF gets misfolded. Plus 2-73 fixes body's own system that modulates autophagy.
