For those wondering how to set bbr2 congestion control provider, I have a file in the resources channel of my discord server that does it for you

I don't know how. I did all this as in video, in hopes to reduce my 100ms upload latency. Doing it all, and after restarting PC, my upload ms reduced to 4!!! What the hell? Looks like all this fixed it! Thanks man!

Bufferbloat is a complex issue that is often misunderstood. The network settings adjustments on a PC suggested in the video might slightly improve performance for certain scenarios, but they do not address the root cause of bufferbloat. Bufferbloat occurs when too much data is queued up in a network device (such as a router), waiting to be sent, leading to high latency and packet loss. This problem often occurs at the narrowest point of connection, where the capacity is the smallest—often between the router and the Internet Service Provider (ISP).

To effectively combat bufferbloat, solutions need to be implemented at the router or isp level. One approach is using Smart Queue Management (SQM) techniques, such as FQ-CoDel or Cake, which aim to optimize queue length, thereby reducing latency without significantly impacting throughput performance. These techniques intelligently prioritize traffic and prevent the queue from overflowing, which causes bufferbloat

Thank you
The current difference I saw was in downloading and uploading latency
It was about 200
Now it's around 80

ngl out of all the bufferbloat videos i watched this one really helped me.
At first i had a A: 5ms +10 +0
now i have A+: 5ms +0 +0
I currently have verizon fios 300mbps up and down
and got this wit the default ISP router i thought I wouldve needed a router wit SQM to get a A+
Im happy i came across this video I appreciate the help

Your speech is quite slurred at times and the music left playing on the radio in the background makes it even more difficult to hear what you are saying clearly.

hey quick question at 3:52, do you recommend disabling the " offloading " settings for low end pcs?

Hi, thanks to your video I solved a big problem with ease: I solved the bufferbloat from 140 to 8!!! Now I have a good connection! Now a question: is it worth buying a Netuma R3 router!? Or do I just stay with the Fritzbox 7590 and TCP Optimizer? Thanks.

does all these optimizations works for wi-fi too ? i would like to do them on my laptop.

Do you still recommend following your previous network guides regarding UDP?

very informative video, i tried a game of csgo after doing this and the massive lag spikes were gone but there was more spreadout jitter, but it was definitely more playable. only thing that sucks is on my 1gbps internet the download speed with these settings is like 40mbps. but at least i don't lag in-game anymore.

Should I do this if my internet is super trash? I have 16Mb download speed and 8Mb upload
Will it help if I do this?
