Slightly different, but maybe relevant. When i used to be a phlebotomist, I appreciated when a patient told me they had HIV ahead of time. While uncommon, it is possible that blood could squirt from a draw, so it was nice to get a heads up to wear a face shield as extra precaution. It's also a good reminder to not be lax in the use of proper PPE and other proper sanitizing and safety procedures

See if worry only if you go to a non reputable nail salon bc they’ll make you bleed, cut up ur cuticles and nails beds, and just over all are very unsanitary and you’ll get staph infections before someone’s HIV is passed onto you 😂
