Simple Homemade Nuggets Recipe!

Chopped chicken breast
Bread crumbs
Melba toast
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
Flour
Oil

Put melba toast into the food processor. Mix bread crumbs with salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into flour, whipped eggs and bread crumb mix respectively. Deep fry until it gets a golden color. Bon appétit!

Melba toast is just thin bread really toasty or use regular bread and toast it & cut the sides & than use the rest as crumbs
