Since Russia fires finely targeted missiles it's unlikely that it's one of theirs which caused this damage. The probability is that it was Ukraine's surface-to-air missiles that were fired at incoming which then landed on the residential buildings. Did your reporter verify your information? Or did you just take Ukraine's word for it? You do realize, of course, that Ukraine has a habit of lying about situations like this. Take as an example the time when they blamed Russia for firing an s300 missile into Poland when it turned out that it was their own defensive missile which landed there.
