At least 21 killed in Russian missile attack in Odesa, Ukraine

A search and rescue mission is underway after Russian missiles hit an apartment building near the Ukrainian port city of Odesa. At least 21 people were killed. CBS News foreign correspondent Ramy Inocencio has the latest developments.
