I’m using this because my brother and I like to keep track of the amount of in game days we play in our Minecraft world, so this helps to remind me to count another day every ten minutes. I have a terrible working memory so this is perfect.

I'm using this to reduce eye strain. Every 10 minutes I look away from my computer for a good 20 seconds to things at different distances.

Great for
First ten mins...focus on your breathe.
Next ten mins do vipassana
Next ten mins do the "do nothing technique"
Next ten mins do the "noting" technique
Next ten mins focus on external sounds
Next ten mins do "see out"
Next ten mins do "feel in"
From then on improvise :)

And switch up the order next time.

Google the techniques if you don't know them

Creating an app that would do this, but that can be modified to beep at different intervals for different length of time would be cool. If anyone wants to collaborate message me.
