Hello I'm from Germany.🙋🏼‍♀️ In my region we call this cake Apfelschlupfkuchen.😋 The recipe is just the same we only make the cake more higher and we cut the apples into quarters, peel the skin and cut with a knife a few pieces into the surface, not until the bottom of the apple.😅 Your version is looking very good.👍🏻I'm happy that this delicious cake became popular in Korea too.

I would add unsweetened applesauce to the batter and an apple butter drizzle on top instead of powdered sugar.

Apples, oranges, kiwi, plums etc are exported items here in Sri Lanka, so if we want to buy, we might as well sell a kidney. Even if you do so, when you bought it home and cut it, it's black inside, totally rotten. Also we cannot eat it unless we peel it as its covered in a thick layer of wax.
I was watching the video and thinking how lucky you folks are. Pls appreciate God's blessings folks.
