As someone oho is enthusiastic about history, Europe France, 19th century, Napoleon and this particular time in history called the "napoleonic wars" and also the french revolution, I just can't stop rewatching this trailer until the movies comes out, that's how I am excited, I love Ridley Scott and Joaquin Phoenix movies, now oficially Joaquin Phoenix is Napoleon in my eyes.

This man literally changed the world and his actions still have repercussions today. A 3 hour movie is not enough to cover his life and opus.

The legacy of one individual had a profound impact on not just one country, but an entire continent. France transitioned into modernity thanks to his vision, accomplished in just a few decades. It's disheartening to see that many followed his path with almost no impact. I'm not referring to the wars he initiated, but rather to his visionary approach to state organization and governance. It's truly remarkable to see how much of his influence still remains. I eagerly anticipate watching the movie....

Ever since I heard of this movie I waited so earnestly for it to release. I think this will be a fantastic movie we really need more Napoleonic/Victorian movies that aren't just love stories.
So hopefully this will be just as good if not better than "Waterloo", "War & Peace" and other greats!

Napoleone Buonaparte is the real name, from Corsica. His family originally from Tuscany fought many years against France occupation

FINALLY ! Napoleon DESERVES a great tribute in a current movie. he changed so much in europe, for the better. To this day in a lot of western european countries you still have napoleontic law or law based on it, and institutions he created. Despite british propaganda to ridiculise his achievements, he was truly a GREAT MAN.
