Here’s an easy guide for you to follow:
Face wash schedule:
1. As soon as you wake up, cleanse your face with a face wash
It is important to cleanse the toxins your skin releases over night, last night’s skin care, etc in the morning. This also preps your skin for your DAWN skin care.
2. Getting ready for the day.
Cleanse with face wash (if you went to the gym or have oily skin) or simply rinse with water (if you have normal, dry, sensitive, dehydrated skin) before you begin getting ready for the day. Once this is done, you can apply your moisturiser, sunscreen and make up for the day!
3. Around 5PM, or once you get back home from work, cleanse your face with a face wash. Get rid of the make up, pollution, sweat from the day. This preps your skin for your DUSK skin care.
Tip: Here is when you can double cleanse, if you apply make up, work outdoors, have oily skin or sweat a lot during the day. A cleansing balm or super mild creamy exfoliator is a good option.
4. Just before going to bed, rinse your face with warm water and apply your night time skin care!
