And here I thought as a kid that the Ratatouille was different colored pepperonis that was stacked on top each other with pizza sauce around it.

I made too much of the bell pepper sauce, and it is absolutely delicious eaten cold like a salsa or with triscuits. I absolutely love it!
Mine was a little chunkier with no blender, but a magic bullet worked.
