Not working for windows server 2019 iso - no advanced option settings

This does not fix the problem for me. Still will not boot from either the iso (mounted via the virtual cd/dvd) or from a USB (mounted through a virtual SCSI hard disk).

I can enter the BIOS, which will display either option but will not accept them when I hit ENTER.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I need to do to fix this?
