This no floor workout consists of 20 exercises created for seniors and beginners in mind who have a hard time getting onto the floor for exercises. We'll either be seated or standing throughout this workout. Walking or cardio alone will not give you the results you need. Incorporating strength exercises will boost your metabolism, build stronger bones, and build stronger muscles to support you in your every day living.
