If you want to age gracefully, adding in strength training workouts to your weekly routine will absolutely help. This no floor workout consists of 20 exercises created for seniors and beginners in mind who have a hard time getting onto the floor for exercises. We'll either be seated or standing throughout this workout. Walking or cardio alone will not give you the results you need. Incorporating strength exercises will boost your metabolism, build stronger bones, and build stronger muscles to support you in your every day living.

Thanks for still being there. I used to always do your exercise videos. Then I decided to do some thing that I thought would be harder and more effective. I ended up really messing up my knee and got discouraged. Today I decided to go back to my roots and back to Jules. 😘

You have something for every level of fitness and I appreciate that. I started with your chair exercises and then moved on to your 25 day program. I didn't finish that program, but have moved on to this video. I have total knee replacement surgery scheduled in April. After recovery, I need the other done.
Living with bad knees for too long, I cant stand more than 10 min and have gained 50 lbs over 8 yrs. My muscles have atrophied, and I had to start as if I had never exercised before. Hard to believe I use to hike, run, ski, and work out at a gym etc. I'm 60 yrs old but it's never to late to get healthy and fit.
Thank you.
I find food has become an activity and a source of enjoyment when I could no longer do anything physical. Putting food in a healthy perspective is very difficult now.

This has been my go to this week. Im doing it twice every 2nd day and its so good. I was never into sitting before but ive taken my time and found form sitting that i really enjoy. Doing this twice, esp legs, is brilliant.... Im feeling stronger lol
