Do NOT put coconut oil in the microwave before using it for your hair!! Whenever you heat up coconut oil, it changes the substance and does not work very well. If your coconut oil is solid... just put some on your hands and rub it together to warm it up!

I loooove coconut oil!!!Since 2017 ive been using it on my hair and skin and it changed the game for me.i use it for prepoos before i wash my hair, as a scalp treatment and also to provide shine.for my face i apply it daily after my face wash and on my lips.i had dark spots on my legs a while ago and i started applying it to them.now i hardly have any signs of dark spotting....

Don't heat up coconut oil in the microwave!!! It will melt just fine when you rub it in your hands! If you heat coconut oil sometimes it loses its nutrients

I found coconut shampoo and conditioner at Walmart. This stuff is amazing!
I use it as body wash too and my acne cleared up completely. I’ve had bad acne on my back and face since puberty. I’m 35 now. No more acne is a major self esteem booster!
This stuff is great for hair and now deodorant is optional because I never stink.
Kinda weird for a straight, long haired guy to smell like coconut all the time though. Lol

Thank God for Coconut oil. Olive Oil does wonders too. Anything God made is healing with no side effects. Man made things have adverse reactions.
