The Bible literally tells people to love your neighbor, to be charitable, and to care for God’s creation. These examples of good works are a result of faith.

God doesn't want us to mistreat all the gifts he has given us. We have mistreated the gifts he has given us, and now we need to repent and treat his gifts well

This video angers me in ways I didn't think possible. Striving to reach an afterlife AND still looking to improve life here on Earth is possible, it's called multitasking

In James 2:17 it says, "Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead" Jesus calls us to pray for his kingdom to be on earth as it is in Heaven. God does not limit our evolution and innovation, he wants us to improve though his word. In my experience with christ, we have always been trying to assist the world and love it as God would. To see something like this, calling Christians lazy, just wating to escape this world by believing in Christ, it hurts my soul and I'm sure the soul of many others. I pray for this man, I pray one day Jesus will reveal himself and show that he does want a better world. Not an escape plan.

0:50 no it’s not please do your research. As a Christian I believe that it is our job to preserve the earth and to spread the gospel

Saying "it doesn't matter" would go against the "love your neighbor as yourself" thing. I think that the problem here isn't the teachings, it's just people being people.

As christians, it's best not to take advice from people who understands nothing about Christianity. They simply will lead you astray😂

Christ pushes us to act better and help make the world a better place. Fixing the problem isn't an issue with the religion, but an issue with lazy people. I'd also like to add that sloth(laziness) is a sin, and that the Lord is displeased with it

No. We must act Christ-like and be wise and responsible in our lives for ourselves and for others whom we care about but in the end the ultimate justice will come but that is not for today so don't behave like it is. The day is unknown but his return is certain. And when the end comes, all sins and those who worship sin and have strayed from God's objective morality will be destroyed, it will all be destroyed. God created the world therefore only his morality is objective. Only he matters. Its about trust in God and Christ in our day to day lives. But i do not say sit still and do nothing because sloth is also a sin.

It’s been so interesting to see you slowly get more subversive as your audience grew and they begin to trust your judgement

As a Muslim, i have to do something(which in my control)for humanity by following the teaching of islam, if I don't do it my chances of going to hell will increase, and I will not be forgiven until the people whose rights I have igroned will forgive me, by following islam I will make society better, the thought of i can't do something every thing is in Allah's hand is in case of situations that are out of my control(like war), but even then I will be judged how I have feeled about that situation, and did I prayed for the right side?

so study islam more and you will learn more brother ....

That's why Christians that truly understand the Bible realize that heaven is not the goal heaven is the reward for us doing everything showing love and using our resources to make this earth as close to heaven on earth as possible. The points you made actually frustrate me about my fellow Christian believers that they use heaven as a reason to not be effective on Earth. But the Bible teaches for you to be an effective person on earth so that when you get to heaven you can hear him say well done good and faithful servant.

Interesting take. My Christian faith drives everything I do on a daily basis. Do I beleive there will be and end time? Yes, but that motivates me to do more. Throwing hands up leads to complacency. As a believer we are to be a witness and disciple for Christ. We are working to give the message of the Gospel to all and helping those who will listen to hear and respond to the Lord's call.

I know many will reject this idea and that's fine, but from a Christian perspective this is how I see the world.

Faith without works is dead. We are called to shine light in this world and do what we can to make it a better place. Faith doesn’t mean throwing up your hands and letting things fall apart. Faith inspires action. Ephesians 5:16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

Heaven or hell, or anywhere in the afterlife is just another fantasy to avoid facing the emptiness of life. Debating who gets in distracts from the void we’re all headed for. Whether you believe in an afterlife or ignore this life for the next, it all ends in the same silence.
