MIB2 FEC/SWaP code installation with OBDeleven

How to insert FEC/SWaP code into VAG #MIB2 infotainment unit using OBDeleven to enable features like App-Connect/Full-Link (CarPlay, MirrorLink, AndroidAuto), Performance Monitor/Sport Display, Voice Control, Bluetooth and other FEC/SWaP protected functions.

ℹ️ Each #FEC/SWaP code is generated for a specific vehicle, it contains VIN, VCRN, creation date and time, feature code and digital signature. This data needs to be correct or the code will be rejected as invalid by the unmodified MIB2 system.

🛠 OBDeleven procedure
5F → Change Service → End of assembly line mode (EOL)
5F → Security Access → 20103
5F → Adaptation → Transfer of release code for a SWaP function → paste in code → write
5F → Basic Settings → Release of SWaP function → start basic settings
Check if new code is visible in service menu and if feature is working correctly.

Hi Mr fix, I have tried to do the sequence as you have done on this video and it does not seam to work or when the code does go in it says invalid. I have even tried to delete the two codes for android auto with the codes from the website and does not delete. I am using the new generation obd eleven. Any suggestions I have a mk7 golf 2015.

You forgot to tell the unit need to be patched before this will work. Iff the unit is not patched this will not work you get invalid.
