This was encouraging and well explained. First 7 days...hell...but it's a hell that's being purged from within...it's a hell that needs to be endured and done with. I had to practice meditation to get through. The meditation book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels was a help during that month.

Brother if you’re drinking lots of water you need to make sure you also have enough SALT and electrolytes so you can HOLD onto the water you’re consuming.
