Intra-articular injection of knee joint is commonly performed for knee osteoarthritis. Intrarticular injection can be quite painful.

Great video. Appreciated the anatomical landmarks being drawn on the patient’s knee. It is helpful as the student is not there to palpate these landmarks themselves. The explanations were helpful and concise regarding the angle of the needle, the rationale for not first injecting with a local anesthetic prior to the steroid. Thank you for this excellent video!

Sir.. u r absulutely right instead of giving local anaesthitic ... in single prick patient can get same amount of pain n after local inj. we may miss the trigger point of pain... hence most important thing during intra articular inj.. proud of you sir...
