This is, without question, one of the most heartwarming and powerful conversations we have had outside of the Mormon temple in Mesa, Arizona. This young man has been watching our videos and read our tract. He came to the temple to seek our Jeff to have a conversation. He was struggling with some important questions and some contradictions within Mormonism.

This is the actual footage of what took place.

If you've ever shared a video from Apologia, if you have any Mormon loved ones, or if you care about reaching Mormons with the Biblical Gospel, then, please consider joining us in sharing this footage. We believe it has the potential to help many, many Mormons and Christians.

I left Mormonism after returning home from Iraq. I didn’t turn atheist like a lot of my friends did but I did find a person who was willing to talk to a Mormon about the real Jesus. I thank God for you guys and what you do.

This guy is the Male version of me. 13 years of Mormonism and I started to search for the truth. It's over a year now I left with my 2 girls and going to a sound bible church. I spend 7 years researching the lds church. I am grateful that God saved me.

I’m an ex-mormon too who have placed my faith and trust alone in Christ Jesus apart from my good works. I thank God for Jeff. Your videos are encouraging me to study more God’s Word to bring people in my Island out of the dark into the light i.e. Jesus with LOVE. Keep fighting the good fight Jeff! Praying for you to be strong! We love you Mormons too a lot and we know that our love towards you is nothing compared to the Bible Jesus’ love for you guys!

Hi, This is a heartfelt comment to anyone who believes Joseph Smith is a prophet of God.

I was a born and raised Mormon for 30 years and I was deeply devoted because I thought it was true. I felt God's presence many times at the church services and thought those feelings and my family's spiritual experiences were happening because we were part of the one true church. The leaders and members taught that every good experience or feeling etc is because of being a member of the one true church. I didn't understand at the time that God could have just visited me since I was truly seeking Him.

I didn't know that I was supposed to test the spirits to see if it was from God or not. In other words I didn't know to check the bible to see if what I was experiencing or feeling etc is in God's character to say or do something or not, because what I was experiencing could be the enemy or my own thoughts or the warm feeling of being part of a group that I loved deeply etc.

I didn't read my bible as a Mormon since I thought it had errors but after carefully studying the evidence out there, I found it was true. The bible fulfills hundreds of prophesies and there is geological evidence of the places and people found in the bible. The dead sea scrolls show that the bible is the same as it was 2, 000 years ago.

The book of Mormon has none of these prophesies fulfilled and geological evidence. Plus reformed Egyptian is a made up language, scholarly reference works on languages do not acknowledge the existence of either a "reformed Egyptian" language or "reformed Egyptian" script as it was described by Joseph Smith. There is no archaeological, linguistic, or other evidence of the use of Egyptian writing in the ancient Americas. Joseph Smith didn't think anyone would figure this out because that is before people know how to use the Rosetta stone that allowed people to understand Egyptian hieroglyphs—a script made up of small pictures that were used originally in ancient Egypt for religious texts.

I was blown away when I read mounting evidence that Joseph Smith did divination and was a liar etc. He was not the beloved saint I was taught he was.

I truly hope that you will research for yourself about the real things that Joseph Smith did and believed that the LDS, RLDS, FLDS, etc. does not teach!

I left the Mormon religion because I was not true after all, It was the hardest thing I ever went through, I ended up losing all my family and friends. My love for the biblical Jesus is greater than my family. God is faithful and he gave me a new family and so much more. He is the one I put all my faith and trust in. I read and study the bible daily to understand it and reject anything belief I had that is different from the bible.

I sincerely hope you pray and consider the things I said. If you have any questions or concerns you can always ask. Take care.

In tears because I know that Christ just shoved Jeff out of the way and shook that young man. Conviction is an awesome thing. Thank you Father for loving us enough to shake us when we need it.

I just found your channel yesterday. I am a Christian. Listening to your knowledge and ability to recall bible verses is awesome! I have been reading verses and chapters that were and are so important to me. I had cancer 10 years ago, and praise God I've been cancer free for 9 years. That's a tangent! Chemotherapy really effects ones memory! Chemobrain! So I appreciate that ability very much! Thank you for your street ministry. It's awesome to listen to!

Wow, this was among the best I’ve seen in witnessing to Mormons. I pray that other Mormons will be an audience to the truths proclaimed here. God bless you Jeff!

So beautiful to see a young man honest with his thoughts and feelings. It takes courage to leave a cult. I left the SDA’s and I was scared, so I really admire an honest soul.

Awesome conversation. I was LDS until 1985. A convert, former missionary. These kinds of situations in the video tug at my heart. This young man was me!

Amen!! I could just feel so much Jesus calling to this young man. What he was going through I felt the same! I was indoctrinated into the 12 Step Program of Alcoholics Anonymous and I always felt like something was just not quite right. That something was just not lining up. And I prayed my most desperate prayer to God and I came to Jesus and my eyes were opened to the Truth. This is just beautiful. Reeling in another soul to the Kingdom!! Hallelujah!!

In a works based religion you are suppose to have confusion about grace. You will never do enough work because ALL have fallen short

Please pray from my brother who is now a Jehovah's Witness since 2 years ago. He keeps trying to get me to read "the little book", but I keep trying to get him to read the bible. Thank you!

Its interesting watching these interactions with Mormons.
The ones resisting truth typically have raised or high pitched voices and display a lot of hand gestures. The man in this video was very calm and curious and smiled when he heard things that were true.
I was raised Mormon and couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, why couldn't I be like everyone else and believe? At one point i decided that I wasn't a good person and tried to accept it. I did things i knew were wrong and thats when I accepted Jesus and what he'd done for me.
I'm 60 now and haven't been Mormon for 30 years. My huge Mormon family still hold on to the idea I'll come around some day.
Watching these videos makes me want to read the Bible so that maybe I could help my family understand better some day.
