I'm just starting to get into Paracord, and I heavily rely on your videos. Thank you for sending this one out. This one is a great resource for beginners, like me.

Using sports team colors was a great starting point for matching colors. I like to use a multi-color cord with a solid color cord and, when I do, one strand in the multi is the same as the solid. It helps ties the two together. I learned from my wife as I watched her pick out outfits that black goes with everything.

I've found that Gunmetal gray goes well with just about everything. I tend to lean towards cool grays so for me it's perfect. I have several bracelets with Gunmetal Gray, and a Light Green, or Florescent Orange, (like the Gerber/Bear Grylls colab gear). If I plan to wear the gear in the woods I always make sure they're unnatural colors to maximize visibility so if I drop something I can find it easier. Forest, and woods camos look real nice until you drop your deep woods festooned hatchet, and can't find the damn thing, LOL.

Thank you for explaining the color wheel in video. A lot of beginners in whatever hobby misuse their direction of CW. Refresh is always good no matter what stage your in!

I was wondering where you purchased your Paracord, but I see you have links, thank you very much for that.

Idk but i really love the color contrast between
1. Navy blue and white/silver
2. Black and red

Btw i find your videos lean toward utility-purpose paracord accessories which can be helpful to those who love outdoor adventures

Some color schemes I adore

1. Primary Scarlet or Dull Grey-Green; Secondary Goldenrod; Tertiary Dull Grey-Green or Scarlet; Quarternary VERY DARK blue.
2. Primary Burgundy; Secondary Light Tan or Warm Medium Grey; Tertiary Warm Medium Grey or Light Tan
3. Primary Kelly Green; Secondary Forest Green; Tertiary Goldenrod or Old Gold; Quarternary Goldenrod or Old Gold
4. Primary Burgundy w/ Goldenrod Diamond; Secondary Forest Green; Tertiary Dull Grey-Green or Old Gold
5. Primary Black & Goldenrod Lengthwise Striped; Secondary Black & Old Gold Lengthwise Striped; Tertiary Dark Grey & Goldenrod Lengthwise Striped

I used the first two in Warframe for years, they slap irl. I wish more companies made a good range of dull colored-greys, been using cotton cord dyeing it (rit dye) and waxing it for my dull greys.

I knew about the color, and now I know the color wheel. Art class didn't teach me some of those words, or I don't remember

I'm looking for a pattern that can look like a diamondback rattlesnake. Yep, you guessed it - Arizona
