When you buy property from judicial sale and the property has sewage bill of amount 6k. Do you have to pay this bill as a new owner or this bill should wiped out because of tax sale ? Property is in Carbon, PA

From what I understand from your videos, in Florida, if you purchase a tax lien certificate and it does not get paid, you could foreclose on the property. What if the homeowner had a $50k HELOC on the property that didn't get paid and they placed a lien on the property. Would that then be your $50k responsibility?

So basically, this is a long term investment, If i buy a tax certificate for $1000 and the owner comes in after 2 years and pays the $1000 plus lets say $500 in interest is that correct?
