When do they post their left over properties? How soon after the auction

Investing in liens doesn't make sense to me if the owner pays it off in the first month at any interest. The fees that counties add to it, the return isn't much. It only adds up if it is for the full redemption period. Am I wrong here or missing something?

do you have information for St. Louis, mo? I'm meaning the county held ones.. as I'm not seeing this at all in my area?
