Alabama sells liens, but when they are on the list for too long they become lands available, Alaska lands available, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, PA, SC, SD, Tennessee, Texas , West VA, Wisconsin. I have been getting some success with the Mississippi Tax Forfeited Lands. But I so appreciate your help and imagine your coaching is exceptional - your youtube channel is!

I was researching Texas OTC or surplus properties and the website states they have monthly sales so no otc. I think they may have not understood me. Do you know if it has a different name?

I understand that the over the counter properties are typically garbage, which is why they didn't sell previously at the auction. Sure, you may find something that isn't too beat up if you look long enough, but it's slim pickin's.
