The Supper Scoopers can do a drop every 6 minutes under optimal conditions. I noticed you didn't mention the Coulson Group - even though you showed one of their choppers. But then, as they are Canadian - perhaps you don't want to mention them.

6 to 8 water dropping helicopters? I'm stunned. In a fire this big, in an area where trucks and fire hoses can't reach, the water dropping helicopters are the only way to battle these flames. I would think LA Fire would have a minimum of 25 to 30 copters just loading up and soaking the blaze in strike after strike after strike. 6 to 8? And only 1 Super Scooper? I'm shocked.

@foxla Hal Kempfer was incorrect about his gallon capacity for both the DC-10 and B747. The DC-10 can carry up to only 12, 000 gallons and the B747 could carry up to 19, 600 gallons. Hope he’s a better global security expert. Maybe he should stick with that.

It’s ridiculous not using ocean water

Specifically in a emergency situation like this

I don’t understand why this guy is laughing

Portugal had huge fires in 2024 Portugal has a lots of forest and nature and it’s more healthy firestes compared to California forest that it’s not clean up

And Spanish fire planes ✈️ did used ocean water… also beach sands

It’s so arrogant from this guy even laughing

California has so many aircraft of the ground it could be used in California fires and they didn’t

It’s ashamed and arrogant of this man

Because Canada has come in to help the fires and they used ocean water and no ocean water it’s not against to environmental it’s ridiculous it could be save lifes and homes

It’s ashamed Canada and Mexico are helping this fires

When California is a military base with a lots of equipment could be used to help save homes and populations

Instead they are not help
I don’t see the purpose to maintain military bases when they do not help their population in a emergency situation military
