Correct on the type of math needed. If I may add hypothesis testing, linear and multiple regression analysis will be your primary math to use. Statistics can be used for hypothesis testing and regression analysis can be used to figure out correlation between single and multiple variables.

But yes like you stated- it’s more bark than bite- if you get yourself well versed in stats and regression Analysis, you’ll be in good hands.

I really suck at math now and back in high school too haha!
