The reasons that Amazon doesn't provide feedback is relevant and useful, as well as appreciated. It's not fun to be told you cant have something that you need or want, but when you're at least provided a reason why not, it's comforting. Why not share that reason?

Thank you for your insight! Finished a panel interview and am completely exhausted. As an experienced professional, I look for certain qualities in a person, which I feel their interview process doesn’t consider. For instance, leadership skills, team building, empathy. I don’t think the type of questions help understand the type of person you are hiring. Someone can be technical and provide result driven examples but they can be incredibly difficult to work with. Venting, sorry!

Does Amazon lets everyone know the result of their onsite interview? Its been over 2 weeks and there has been no status update (email or phone) and they haven't shared the interview experience feedback form as well.

As I heard that amazon generally send email in case of an offer.
