Sorry but the government should have refunded her the value of the house so that an entire comunity of condors doesn't die. There aren't many of those condors around, having so many joining in this spot proves it’s important for their survival.

I'm pretty sure that spraying them with water, much less "Shooing them away for good", is both a state felony and federal offense with long jail times. In fact, if it isn't a 20+ year life sentence to harass a critically endangered species in it's historical habitat, it should at least be a fine and property confiscation.
