I can see why this wasn't how the definitive edition turned out as it seems to be a Mod of GTA IV with GTA III assets. But I will agree the graphics should've been a little higher despite the fact that I held onto the opinion that I'm glad it kept the cartoon-y art style but I think if they decided to go the whole 9 yards and replace GTA 3's Liberty City with GTA IV's version, it would've really discredited GTA 3's city as a whole as it was more unique that GTA IV's which was just New York City with a different name.

Sorry, but its just other chapter GTA. GTA 3 have unique lighting, weather, color palette, design. For me GTA 3 it's late cold autumn
