A lot of the fake outrage about this is coming from people that didn't even know that this was happening until the shelving announcement. And of course, the cries of racism, or that Zaslav is trying to rule with an iron fist began... I've been hearing that the Blue Beetle and Flash movies are next on the chopping block, Shazam has been pushed back to next year, and the DC comics url is dropping the word comics. Should be some interesting times ahead, and I'm just wondering what is going to happen to the comics staff since they already had a big shakeup just a couple of months ago...

Firstly they chose the worst Batgirl costume there was, secondly it's just creepy replacing gingers at this point and if they wanted a black heroine there are other women that would have a better story.
