The former Prime Minister was giving his last speech from the despatch box as leader of the opposition today in response to Rachel Reeves' budget, and the Tories probably wish he was this passionate while he was Prime Minister.

Furious about his wife losing non dom status, furious about private plane taxes, furious at inheritance tax increaes, furious at capital gains tax changes.

Remind me who increased the national debt to 2.7 trillion from 850 billion while at the same time destroying public services and transferring wealth to their m8s !!

There’s the true face of capitalism, when they have to pay more tax. How much has he given his own family again? Around £2 Billion.

Increase to inhertice tax and capital gains tax for the wealthy and increase on duty for private jet passengers, and finally a genuine emotional resposne from Sunak, i wonder why.

Sunak is upset that his wife will now start paying tax in the UK after the non dom tax status

It was a great budget - a government that wants to help the country and its people, unlike the Tories. We don't want to hear what the leader of the opposition wants to say. All he cares about is the impact on his wife and their finances.

Incredible that Sunak can still show his face in public.

His poppy is the same size as his tax contribution.

Rachel looked and sounded confident. Jeremy looked uncomfortable. Rishi was ferocious with lots of shouting and finger jabbing. Kier looked relaxed with his chancellor's performance. How did you see it?

Remind me again ??
Which party raised the national debt from 0.9 trillion to 2.3 trillions ? In 14 years.

"SUNAK" HAS NO RIGHT TO CRITISE ANYBODY. HE IS A TOTAL DISGRACE

It’s a great budget. Finally we have a government determined to managed the country in the countries interest, and rebuild 14 years of Tory incompetent carnage.
Sunaks rant is music to the ears.

You'd almost think Sunak knew what he was talking about. Sadly the evidence of his years in power show the opposite. He provides zero evidence of his contentions.

Rishi SunkUs and his nodding dog chancellor really are a duo. It's as if the Tories were fiscally competent for the last 14 years.

It took taxing him and his rich buddies for him to get passionate and start caring about something. The OBR says the growth boost will only last two years but predict it will still be higher than it is now, even when it declines. So boosts growth in the short term and then settles higher than it is now by about 1% more. See Ya Rishi...muppet!

There isn't enough money for working people and there is 14 years worth of reasoning why.
