Idk about orthographic view, I think it’s better to sculpt with perspective enabled so it’s not so flat and you get a better feel of the form

Just like in blender. We nuke the default object the software provides us on a fresh file

You could say the first two are objectively reasonable but the third one seems random/personal preference unless the final result is always presented in an isometric view (personal preference) which isn't normaly the case for organic forms.

Don't do your sculpting in Ortographic if you don't want to be surprised that your sculpt looks like crap when you render it.
