In this video I talk about my job of the week and how I made $333 an hour.
Or $1,000 a day easily. This job involved replacing deck posts. I used a jack stand to temporarily brace the deck while I replaced individual deck posts.

I did one of these a few months ago but the posts were in concrete and in the dirt. Therefore I had to drill into the concrete and put in rebar and do those concrete tubes. I did it by myself and it was the first time doing it and it took me a full day to do three 4x4 posts.

Overall, I Think it’s also a great moneymaker.

Great video and great content. Quick question, what are you recording a time lapse video on site with? Your phone?

Great video! I had a similar job that I bid at $1200 but it was for a 5ft overhang, not a deck. Those jacks are crucial to making the job easier!

I'll do those kind of jobs all day everyday. Nice score. I can't believe the bottom of those posts weren't secured! That was a death trap waiting to happen.

I have found homewyse to be incredibly inaccurate with the cost of materials, and actual labor costs. Do you account for that issue when using homewyse?
