can u fully extend the ankles on jump ? was she holding back or thats as high as she can go?

Great video. Love learning knew ways to increase my vertical from your content.
Question: I have been doing your single leg RDL and row exercise for correcting my flat feet. I was experimenting and single leg rdl'ed down to a quarter squat and then essentially performed a one foot hang clean and jerk. I held a dumbbell only in one hand, the opposite hand to my foot in order to resist ankle pronation. This exercise feels great in the arch of my foot, ankle, and spine. Thoughts on this idea for a basketball player/sprinter?

i see a big issue on your client i assume ?
before she jumps she's internally rotate her knees big time. so either lack of dorsiflexion/weak gluteus medius
