How to Score More Goals in Football Manager

I have two 6'6'' strikers with 15 and 14 pace/accel - super strong boys - they score for fun. lol

Great video!
The "Shoot with power" trait works well with players with a high Strength attribute. I guess it's self-explanatory, too. 😁😁

Another tip would be building tactics around players' finishing skills (from Finishing to Penalty Taking) i.e. setting positions, roles and duties to enhance the types of chances the shot takers are more likely to score.
If you have players who are good in 1v1 situations, making sure the tactic enhances the creation of 1v1 situations is the way.
If your team has tall players with a couple of (or more) capable set-piece takers, instructing players to play for set-pieces is the way.

Nope. I need a one on one look at what's going on in my team. Without shoot less often, sometimes they try a stupid pass in the BEST positions to score. In my current team, I am creating chances, usually several one-on-ones with the keepers each match, but they CAN'T score. I've tried everything you said here.... I didn't have this problem in my last two teams, but since joining Getafe, it's been an absolute disaster trying to get goals.
