I was able to get my mother a 1st class RT ticket after my father's passing in April. So she spent her first birthday/New Year without her husband (after a 53yr marriage) with many family and friends instead of at home where one or a few children would've visited her. A few days ago she told me she's having an awesome time and I could hear her smile. Your channel DEFINITELY helped me make my decision to work for an airline (1yr anniversary last month). YOU I just got a job w UA. I can't thank you enough for ALL your help and guidance and taking the time to answer my tons of questions. I had a horrible experience with Delta last week, and chalked it up as a learning experience. I think I would had been miserable working with them. Everyone should know, when one door closes, another one opens. And in my case, I scored big time! My interview w UA made me feel very proud that this is going to be a very positive and supportive culture and raised the bar very high on how an interview from a company should hats off to UA and hats off to you. Now, I guess it may take weeks or months to go through my background check and start I am guessing one month to 3 months. i think the airlines need people so badly that they may only take a month, but I could be completely wrong. what do you think?

Almost forgot about your channel. I remember watching your videos 5 years ago before I had my first job interview as a turnaround coordinator. Did that job and helping out the Lost & Found for baggage for 3 years. Had to find another job during the hight of covid restrictions late 2020 . Been missing the airport a lot !! but I found a better job with a better future a year ago.

Greetings…. I just got a good News from United. I have cleared all clearances. I start on Nov 21 at DCA. So excited and nervous 😊. Finally I’m in aviation industry. are you able to use airport lounges like priority pass or do they not allow non rev tix? or are you the last ones to get a seat so you don't have time to go to a lounge? if you get first class or business, do you get free food and alcohol? thank you!

What do you think of Spirit and Play Airlines I took Spirit roundtrip from Atlanta to Baltimore for $65 and Play roundtrip from Baltimore to Dublin with a stop in Reykjavik for $330.
