You are so right about washing greens yourself. Several months ago, I came across a dime-sized black beetle looking insect with one leg still attached - in the pot. So, not only do we need to wash, we need to pick over them carefully as well. Had used that brand many times with no problems... I love rutabagas. I usually cut them up like French fries so they are easier to handle - as a side dish. As I recall, you are one of the first youtubers I ever watched. At the time, I was looking for an oxtail recipe. Thank you for sharing such great information all these years.🥰
