Trending Street Foods to Make at Home - 'Jian Bing' Chinese Crepes

I may have seen these being made on cooking shows, several places along the West coast of the USA... but I have DEFINITELY seen these, and gone crazy for these, made on the city streets in China, and I am so happy to be able to sample these at home.

Frequently, I might add... as you'll see in the video :)

Hanging out with my friend Hayden (his food introduction is awesome, good to have someone else talking instead of me), tasting yet another variation of Li's home-made 'Jian Bing' Chinese Crepes.

Of all the recipe videos we have done so far, I think this one might be the most widely attractive, and also using ingredients most easy to come by. Therefore, I am hoping that this one has even more of you sending messages about what fillings you chose, how your own cooking experience went with these Jian Bing.

In light of all that's going on right now (week of June 1, 2020), I will not say my usual 'Have a great day!' wishes to you all, but instead, hope that you are all doing good where you can, looking for chances to spread love to those around you, and praying for patience for everything and everyone - we will get through this, and be stronger, and wiser, and hopefully yet one step closer towards realizing true equality on earth.
