When we finished our Thanksgiving dinner , i put everything into my freezer dryer. It did good, I'll let you know when I rehydrate them, probably next week. Then I cleaned out all the leftovers in my freezer and they are in the freeze dryer. I have only one TV dinner that I like, i freeze dry one and it was good. You only have to adjust the rehabilitation.

I can't afford your club anymore. I am sad but not here to whine. I am here to say to anyone wondering if the club is worth it, YES, yes it is. Big family to cooking for one, a few days to 3 months worth. Freezer cooking is such a blessing in so many ways. If you're thinking things in your head that make you think this is not for you, then put those things in the comments here. Let's address those concerns. Let's really take a look at all the things you haven't said yet that hold you back from trying this.

I made a mistake and bought pork loin instead of pork tenderloin. Just to let you know I cooked it in the slow cooker and it was still wonderful. Because there are only two of us, I split it into 2 bags, so we have another to make. My husband is happy about that.

I tend to buy frozen chicken, shrimp and fish. I buy fresh beef and portion it before freezing

Can you make a freezer meal with frozen protein? Could you just add the veg, broth and spices to frozen protein (never been thawed) in a freezer bag and freeze it?
