Hottest take ever that may deserve to be kicked out and lost in space but did anyone consider that Jocelyn is a female composite of Drake and how the industry pretty much warped him? I can't help but watch the series again with a newfound appreciation for Abel's hidden understanding and possible translation of his own experience at the hands of an artist like Drake. He's definitely not playing himself (pretty humble from my POV)
I'd say T.edr.Os is an amalgamation of the blind-like idolatry Drake received from his city and emerging disdain from the hip hop world. Pre-Kendrick, of course.
