▢2 sweet potatoes 1-1/2 pounds total
▢2 Tablespoons canola oil
▢2 teaspoons thyme fresh
▢3/4 teaspoon salt
▢1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
▢1/4 teaspoon black pepper
▢1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
▢2 teaspoons honey optional

Folks this recipe is excellent and so easy! I left the skins on (so good for you) and added a little butter to the oil. Don't forget the honey!
