Thank you so much -- I was in tears because my phone quit transferring my pictures and I had no clue -- it was the USB cord, I had taken the old one off and put on a new short one, and that was it. Have transferred photos from my phone via USB before, but was failing. Who knew not all cables all data transfer?! Not me, was still trying after an hour, and looking on line at how to do it. This video gave the advise 'check your lead' early on, unlike all the other stuff I read - so was really helpful, thanks! Thrown that charging only lead away
