In the case of Nb2O5 a transition metal and nonmetal --> we are using type II binary compound because transition metal has many ionic charges thus indicating we have to use roman numerals to specify. Does this apply to only transition metals in type II?
Also I thought it would be nice, if you could review element charges (especially in periodic table), as they are helpful in formulating chemical equations.

please Professor Eman about Lewis structure it appears to be tricky with complex molecules or molecules with a charge like NO3- or O3 or Hno3 please is there some tricks to draw it for every molecule without difficulties and thanks for your time and your help
