I am a Zoroastrian from Mumbai. I found that the narration was good enough but most visuals were absolutely non- Zoroastrian in nature. The script shown was Hindu Devanagari, the photos exhibited were of Hindu Gods and Godesses, a Muslim lady was shown in a Hijab, there were pictures of Jesus Christ and the cross.... But nowhere did our prophet Zoroaster feature in the video. While I have absolutely no objection to the pictures included, it has taken away much from the real essence of Zoroastrianism.

In the Gathas of Zarathushtra, Ahura Mazda is manifested by six attributes that in later Avesta are called, "Amesha Spenta" : Wisdom, Truth and justice, Inner strength, Serenity and love, Wholeness and evolution and Immortality. Every man and woman through attainment of the Divine attributes can become God-like, whole and immortal. A perfect human indeed is the mirror-image of God. The Divine attributes are the means of approaching God and the rewards of God to mankind. In Y 31-11 Ahura Mazda is the main light source from which other lights are radiated. We can compare God to the light that once analyzed, forms six spectrums. Colors are six but the Light is one. In the Gathas, personification of evil as an entity, such as Satan or Ahriman is absent. The word, Angra Mainyu is not cited in the Gathas or simply to say, in Zarathushtra's mindset a bad god or Satan does not exist to stand against Ahura Mazda. Even in the Achaemenian inscriptions where the kings attribute their achievements to Ahura Mazda, an entity like Satan or Ahriman is absent. In Yasna 44 of the Gathas or the chapter of creation, Ahura Mazda is the sole creator and sustainer of the creation and in this process, neither is assisted by any good entity nor confronted by an evil one because it does not exist. In Bundahishn, a Pahlavi writing of the third century Islamic era, Ahriman confronts Ahura Mazda to destroy His creation. Also heaven and hell are two states of mind in this world, heaven is spiritual relief and hell indeed is the inner torment, both are discerned by conscience.

Thank You for posting. There is a need to draw attention to the fact that the clip needs revision and careful editing. Currently there are three versions of the presentation. Cutaways that do not connect well with the aim are also present and need removal such as the interior of an Orthodox church...not each word in the commentary needs a shot but rather each idea...
